7.2 In the case of Nigerian Users, the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria shall apply.
7.3 As far as legally permissible, the sole place of jurisdiction for all disputes in connection with any agreement that has been concluded between Codelab LLC and any User shall be Maryland or Nigeria for Users in Nigeria.
